The Role: PPA TeacherThe school is seeking a flexible, confident, and skilled PPA Teacher to join their teaching team. You will be covering teachers' Planning, Preparation and Assessment time, delivering lessons across different year groups.
What You'll Be Doing:
Teaching pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Managing behaviour confidently and consistently in line with the school's values
Adapting plans where needed to meet class needs
Creating a positive, calm, and structured learning environment
Providing verbal or written feedback as required
Collaborating closely with class teachers and senior leaders to maintain continuity
Supporting wider school initiatives and contributing positively to school culture

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Have strong experience across primary year groups
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management
Be adaptable and confident working with a range of classes and abilities
Communicate clearly with staff, pupils, and parents
