**Powder Coater**

Temporary- Permanent Position.

Hourly rate of pay: £12.60- £13.74, dependable on experience.

Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM and Friday 7:00AM-1:00PM

Please note: 2.5 hours overtime each Friday if targets not met.

What You'll Do:As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing surfaces for coating to ensure the best finish.
• Applying powder coating to various products with precision and care.
• Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency.
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
• Prior experience or knowledge of powder coating processes is essential.
