Post Trade BA/PM - Global Markets Transformation

A global financial powerhouse is embarking on a major transformation - streamlining operations, driving automation, and delivering complex regulatory change across global markets. We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact workstreams within a flagship Programme.

You'll be at the heart of a multi-year change agenda, partnering with global Operations and Technology teams to interpret regulations, optimise processes, and cut inefficiencies. This is your chance to influence how a world-class organisation runs its post-trade operations on a global scale.

What you'll do:

• Lead delivery of complex, multi-region regulatory projects.
• Drive automation and adjustment reduction initiatives.
• Manage governance, milestones, and dependencies across teams.
• Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders worldwide.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive investment banking experience within operations and transformation.
• Deep post-trade operations expertise a must - trade capture, margining, settlement, reconciliations, reporting.
• Good understanding of trade lifecycle, including reconciliations, journal entry preparation, month-end close, balance sheet substantiation.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income, Equities, and Derivatives.
• Proven ability to deliver in high-pressure, complex environments.
• Excellent documentation, process mapping, issue tracking, and stakeholder management skills
