Salary: £30,000 Basic - £35,000- £40,000 OTE

Days & Times: Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:00

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in property management with a flair for business development, playing an important role in expanding the current portfolio while ensuring efficient management of existing and new properties.

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new landlords.
  • Actively engage in networking activities, industry events, and forums to expand the company's reach and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic initiatives aimed at growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.

Portfolio Management:

  • Liaise with tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, working closely with the landlords and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the new landlords, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, business development, or a similar role within the lettings industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
  • Highly organised.
  • Full UK Driving License and Own Transport.
  • Up to date with current legislation and compliance.

Salary : 30000 - 40000
