About the Role:

As a Portfolio Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within our well-established General Practice team. Working in a supportive environment, you'll have the opportunity to dive into a diverse range of high-quality accounting, financial, and business services for both companies and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting needs are met with precision and excellence.
• Handle the preparation and submission of year-end accounts, Corporation Tax Computations, VAT Returns, and Confirmation Statements.
• Reconcile client accounting records via Excel or accounting software.
• Client Payroll; weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Preparation and submission of monthly CIS returns.
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

About You:

• Qualified Accountant with General Practice experience.
• Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks.
• Knowledge of professional regulations and best practice.
• Customer-centric mindset, coupled with excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
