We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Polish-Speaking Sales Advisor to join a well-established and growing Sales Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage and develop a portfolio of business clients, providing expert advice and tailored solutions across various industry sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with new and existing business clients
• Identify client needs and provide bespoke solutions that align with their business requirement
• Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to policy placement and renewal
• Work closely with underwriters and insurers to negotiate competitive terms and secure the best cover for clients
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Provide a consultative approach to clients, offering support and market insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service to support business growth

Requirements:

• Proven Business Sales experience
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent Polish and English speaking essential
• Willing to undertake business qualifications
• Live within 1 hour of Tooting Broadway station
