Job Description :

Progressive Development Coordinators |NHS | 6 month contract

To provide programme support from business case submission to implementation within the New Hospital Programme Delivery Integration Team. The posts will be overseen by the current Progressive Development Lead and will be Accountable to the current Head of Delivery Integration.

To provide tailored business case support to drive progressive development and drive integrated delivery:

Support and empower Portfolio and Project leads to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver the requirements of schemes using NHP product releases and NCAT feedback

Responsibilities:

  • Engage SMEs to understand what information needs to be documented in guidance to support the development and submission of scheme business cases.
  • Facilitate relevant aspects of workshops and engagement sessions on scheme business case development and best-practice with schemes and Project Leads.
  • Coordinate scheme readiness assessments across Transformation and Delivery.
  • Facilitate implementation of Hospital 2.0 products, aligned with business case development.
  • Establish programmatic timelines for key activities to inform scheme milestones.
  • Support Project Leads to attain additional resources to mitigate demand and capacity variations
  • Oversee the tracking of progress against plans and transition milestones, ensuring appropriate processes are in place to flag issues, risks and concerns with the relevant stakeholders

Skills/experience:

  • Ability to build effective cross functional working relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders to drive organisational agenda.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide and receive highly complex, sensitive and contentious information, negotiate with senior stakeholders on difficult and controversial issues, and present complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and integration cross multiple areas of the organisation to support the organisation’s outcomes.
  • Ability to plan and organise a broad range of complex activities, formulating and adjusting plans to reflect changing circumstances
  • Ability to take decisions on difficult and contentious issues where there may be a number of courses of action.

Salary : 450 - 550
