We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing & Heating Instructor to teach on our client's Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Domestic Heating apprenticeship provision. This role offers an immediate start and the flexibility to work 4-5 days per week, making it ideal for those who are looking for a dynamic teaching opportunity in a practical learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver instructional sessions on the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Domestic Heating.
• Prepare lesson plans and training materials based on the curriculum and industry standards.
• Assess and evaluate apprentice progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for all apprentices.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet apprentices' varying needs and interests.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in plumbing and domestic heating.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing & Heating Instructor or a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in Plumbing and Domestic Heating.
• Strong understanding of the Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Domestic Heating curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire apprentices from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining industry standards.
