Plumber with Gas - Zenith People LTD : Job Details

Our client based in Gateshead are looking for an experienced Plumber with Gas to join their team.

Job description:

• Working on domestic properties carrying out responsive repairs.
• General plumbing duties.
• Maintenance and repairs of plumbing fixtures and gas appliances
• Ensuring work is carried out in line with current legislations and guidelines.
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers.

Person specification:

• Must be time served or equivalent
• Must have valid CSCS
• Must have previous experience carrying out repairs within domestic properties
• Must have a valid UK driving license
• Competent in repairs and maintenance of gas appliances
• Valid ACS gas qualifications are essential: CCN1, CENWAT1,CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, CAPA1
• Previous experience on social housing properties
