Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Plumber / Multi-skilled Trader to help maintain their diverse property portfolio across Birmingham, Redditch,

Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, and Burton.

Our client manages a wide range of studio, one-bed, and two-bed apartments, houses, and communal blocks, providing long-term housing solutions to tenants. They are proud of their reputation for exceptional maintenance standards and a friendly, collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities of the Plumber / Multi Skilled Trader:

• Carry out advanced plumbing and general maintenance tasks
• Install bathrooms and sanitary ware
• Source and manage plumbing parts
• Diagnose and repair leaks or water-related damage
• Work with enclosed cisterns, hot water systems, and relay heating issues to gas engineers
• Address simple drainage issues
• Produce detailed job reports and updates via a mobile system
• Attend daily call-outs and maintenance tasks across our property portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience in rental accommodation or property maintenance
• Recognised plumbing qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Confident using smartphones for job management
• DBS check required
