Plumber - Reed : Job Details

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Plumber  to join our Clients Property Team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation services. You will be part of a team that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

• Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance jobs to properties in line with work schedules within our Responsive Repairs Team.
• Carry out installations of sanitary ware, baths, showers, kitchen sinks, and new pipework.
• Perform maintenance and renewal of cold water storage tanks and unvented cylinder heads.
• Engage in basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and general building skills when necessary.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

• NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing, or at least 5 years of experience in the core trade.
• Experience working in occupied premises and delivering excellent customer service.
• Proficiency with mobile technology such as iPad or PDA.
• Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience.
• Ability to drive a company van (subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check).
