Position: Plumber / General Maintenance TechnicianType: Full-Time, 45 hours over 5 days, including 1 weekend daySalary: £28,648Are you a hands-on problem solver with strong plumbing skills and a passion for maintenance? We're looking for a versatile Plumber & General Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our park’s facilities in top shape! From plumbing repairs to general upkeep, your expertise will help ensure our guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and hassle-free stay.Key Responsibilities- Carry out inspections, plumbing, general maintenance repairs across holiday homes and park facilities.- Promptly diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, both routine and urgent to ensure everything remains safe, functional, and guest-ready.- Respond to general maintenance requests from guests, owners, or team in a friendly and professional manner.- Conduct routine checks on facilities and equipment to maintain safety and performance.- Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver high-quality service across the park.- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements- Fully qualified Plumber (City & Guilds Level 1 or equivalent) with proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.- Practical experience in general maintenance is essential.- Previous experience working in a holiday park or similar setting is a bonus.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and commitment to a safe working environment.- Full UK Driving License essential.
