PLM Project Manager Salary - Circa £60,000 DOELocation - RemoteOur client is a reputable long-standing global business which has been operating now for over a century and a half. They're market leaders in the design & manufacture of low and high voltage electrical test equipment for a wide range of applications, supporting businesses globally across multiple industries. They have an ongoing global project and are looking for an experienced PLM Project Manager who can support them. You will lead the successful implementation of a world-wide PDM/PLM system, to deliver significant increases in product development efficiency, and ROI from enhanced collaboration, sharing of design IP and improvements in process consistency.Responsibilities, but are not limited to

• Deliver a successful PLM implementation across their development sites globally in line with agreed budget & timeframe
• Ensure PLM architecture is optimised for SAP ERP
• Work closely with internal development reps, taking input to understand needs and driving necessary project actions
• Develop, agree and implement beneficial KPI's supporting continuous improvement and providing demonstrable evidence of performance gains
• Demonstrable gains in, collaboration, IP sharing and re-use between development teams across all sites to realise benefits to the business
• Demonstrable gains in rate of product development through increased visibility, re-use and sharing of designs and IP

Experiences required

• Demonstrable robust Project Management skills in global migration/implementation of system projects
• Demonstrable prior success in driving large, complex IT projects from pre-deployment to completion
• Excellent understanding of PLM usage & benefits
• Background in implementing/migrating systems within Manufacturing or Engineering is advantageous
• Qualification in a recognised practice e.g. APMP, Prince II, CSM, CCPM or similar
