Job Title: Mechanical FitterLocation: Burton-on-Trent, StaffordshireDuration: Contract (3+ months)Pay Rate: DOEHours :7am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am till 1pm on a Friday.

We are currently recruiting for Mechanical Fitters for 3+ months work based in the Burton-on-Trent area.

Own transport is recommended due to the location.

Candidates must have either of the following experience, Plant, Rail, HGV, Maintenance Experience, Overhaul background.

The role of a Mechanical Fitter is to carry out mandatory services and repairs.

* Understanding of vehicle mechanical interfaces and repairs of vehicle components* Install and repair of hydraulic systems* Fault find and diagnostic investigation work* Engine knowledge * Overhaul of raft components* Understand schematic drawings* Training as and when required* Previous Rail/Automotive or Plant experience required
