Do you enjoy problem-solving and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Planning Coordinator to join the team at Essex & Suffolk Water, where you'll play a key role in keeping systems accurate, finances on track, and contractors supported.What you'll be doing:
  • Investigating the reasons behind fines and failures and challenging them where needed.
  • Updating and maintaining key systems.
  • Issuing reinstatement orders to contractors and managing the payment process.
  • Using your contractual awareness to validate, review, and challenge costs.
  • Administering rechargeable works processes.
  • Supporting colleagues across different regions as part of a collaborative team.
What we're looking for:
  • Someone who's curious, proactive, and confident in challenging information.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial administration or system updates would be a bonus.
  • A team player with great communication skills.
