The Role

We’re looking for a talented all-round PHP Developer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for developing, updating, and optimising a wide range of LAMP stack websites and applications, working closely with senior developers, designers, project managers, and clients to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• •Work with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL to build high-performance websites.
• •Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• •Collaborate with designers and project managers to turn creative ideas into functional web solutions.
• •Troubleshoot, update and optimise existing PHP websites, across a diverse range of frameworks.

Requirements

•1-3 years of experience as a PHP Developer, ideally in an agency environment.•Knowledge of WordPress theme development.•Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.•Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.•Understanding of website performance optimisation and security best practices.•Somebody who enjoys a diverse range of work, with a 'can do’ attitude to any given challenge. •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

•Experience with ACF, WooCommerce.•Experience with Tailwind, Vite or modern front-end development tools.•Exposure to deployment tools and CI/CD workflows.•Experience with shared servers with Cpanel/WHM.
