Photographer - Reed : Job Details

REED Business Support is supporting a prestigious organisation with the recruitment of a Product Photographer. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality images and video content of sale items, ensuring accurate and visually compelling representation for online listings, catalogues, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph a wide variety of sale items in a consistent and professional style.
• Capture video footage of sale items for promotional use.
• Edit and retouch images and video content to meet brand standards while preserving authenticity.
• Use Adobe After Effects and other video editing tools to create engaging visual content.
• Set up and maintain photography and videography equipment, lighting, and backdrops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Organise and archive digital assets efficiently for easy retrieval.

Requirements:

Essential:

• Proven experience in product photography and videography, ideally within retail or e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and styling for both photo and video.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle delicate and high-value items with care.

Desirable:

• Experience photographing reflective or challenging surfaces (e.g., glass, silver, jewellery).
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation in After Effects.

This is a full time, permanent position that is fully office based.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: Circa £28,000 per annum
