• Deliver exceptional service levels to clients at all times.
• Respond promptly and arrive at client sites within set SLA response times.
• Repair reported mechanical and IT issues on devices, and perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Stay updated with all service bulletins.
• Network equipment, including scanning and document management solutions, on all new multi-functional devices sold.
• Manage all parts stock.
• Provide remote technical phone support to clients, attempting to resolve issues by phone.
• Efficient time management and the ability to learn quickly with hands-on training are essential.

Package:

• Up to £32,000
• 23 days of holiday (increasing by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays
