Pharmacy Dispenser - Reed : Job Details

Role: Pharmacy Dispenser - Fixed Term Contracts 6 and 9 Months available 

Location: Runcorn, UK Hours: We have 2 positions available both 37.5 hours Monday - Friday any 7.5 hours between 0800-1900Salary: £25,297 base + bonus pro rata

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently ensuring all patients' prescriptions are available for dispensing.
• Liaising by email and telephone with hospitals, surgeries, and dieticians to ensure prescriptions are available and patients’ treatment continues seamlessly.
• Collaborating with other Apprentice Dispensers, Dispensers, Accuracy Checking Technicians, and Pharmacists to ensure efficient use of resources across all Pharmacy sections.
• Promptly responding to any email and telephone queries that arise as part of the prescription processing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills or be working towards
• Strong IT skills are essential (including Microsoft Office package); experience with SAP would be an advantage, but not essential.
• GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science.
• Motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and great attention to detail.
