Pharmacist Manager - Evolve Selection Ltd : Job Details

Evolve is partnering with an independent pharmacy chain who are seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join their team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pharmacy supporting your colleagues and providing customers with excellent service.

This is a full-time position working 42.5 hours per week Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) with no weekend work required.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

• A GPhC registered Pharmacist.
• Passionate about providing exceptional care to our customer and be able to make independent decisions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Effective teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager

• The day-to-day leadership and operational management of the pharmacy and the pharmacy team
• Display knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and procedures.
• Meet with patient to review their treatment and make recommendations.
• Follow GPhC and NHS guidelines at all times.
