Pharmacist - Prospect Health : Job Details

A brilliant opportunity for a Pharmacist to join a large modern branch with high foot-fall and a varying patient base.A large modern branch in the heart of a market town with high footfall and a long-standing, experienced support team. There is a well-appointed consultation room and spacious dispensary, along with the opportunity to offer additional services to meet the needs of a varying patient base, and the large shop floor lends itself to the potential for increasing over the counter and add on sales. There are excellent transport links due to the M18 and M62 being easily accessible.As the pharmacist on site you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager to deliver great service, stock control, operational and GPhC standards.Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 / Saturday 09:00 - 13:00Key Duties

• Maintaining a professional and welcoming approach to all aspects of the role
• To check prescription medicines to patients, checking the form, strength, dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely labelled and supplied
• To abide by the GPhC code of ethics, observing and applying all professional, ethical and legal obligations
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and health care professionals
• To keep up to date with current pharmacy practice, new drugs and their uses for the purpose of continuing professional development
• If there are additional services which may interest you then we would be willing to consider implementing these.
