A pioneering life sciences company is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Assistant to join its expanding Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Life Science graduate to gain hands-on experience, develop commercial skills, and grow into a long-term sales career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lead research, identification, and outreach to support customer acquisition.
• Qualify leads and engage with prospective customers.
• Coordinate meetings with potential clients.
• Assist in creating sales communications, including proposals and presentations.
• Support the Sales team with pipeline updates and presentation preparation.
• Maintain and optimize CRM data (HubSpot) in line with best practices.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field is essential.
• Ideally some post-graduate experience in a commercial setting.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
