We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Personal Tax Manager, ideally professionally qualified (CTA preferred, though we are open to strong candidates with equivalent experience). The RoleAs a Personal Tax Manager, you will:

• Take responsibility for managing and developing a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, including HNWIs, directors, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
• Review complex self-assessment tax returns and advise on a wide range of compliance and advisory matters.
• Lead on tax planning projects covering areas such as capital gains tax, inheritance tax, trusts, and residency issues.
• Provide proactive personal tax advice to clients, helping them navigate regulatory changes and optimise their tax position.
• Support and mentor junior staff, reviewing work and encouraging their professional development.
• Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Contribute to wider business development, including supporting partners with new client wins and cross-referrals.

About You

• CTA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience in personal tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of personal tax legislation and confidence in applying this across a range of situations.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team.
