Customer Service Assistant - Antony James Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

I am working with my client in the Property sector, who are looking for new members of their concierge team, based out of the Colchester office.

• Location: Colchester, fully office based
• 40 hours per week, set over 5 days
• Anything between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-6pm on Saturdays (these days will be set later in the application process
• £11.44 per hour (commission structure in place on top of this) - Basic salary range of £21,000-£24,00 per year depending on experience
• Full training will be provided from day 1, with ongoing coaching and development to help build your career with the business
• Permanent

About the role:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contact calls
• Registering client details
• Passing on relevant information to in branch teams
• Booking property valuations
• Completing all administrative tasks for all network branches
• Working within the wider team to deliver success and high service standards

You will need to be:

• High self-motivated
• Target-driven
• Excellent telephone manor, confident speaking with customers
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• The ability to thrive in a competitive environment
• Very organised
• Excellent time management skills
• Very computer literate
