Job Opportunity: Personal Injury RTA Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:A fantastic opportunity for a skilled solicitor to manage a caseload of primarily Pursuer RTA personal injury claims, alongside some Defender work. This role includes handling pre-litigation and non-PI RTA matters, as well as preparing and managing litigated cases at Sheriff Court and ASPIC levels.

Role Requirements:

Experience:• Managing a caseload of RTA Pursuer claims using case management systems• Handling non-PI RTA matters pre-litigation• Drafting and running litigated PI and non-PI RTA cases at Sheriff Court level• Engaging with third parties, medical experts and insurers to progress cases effectively• Achieving performance targets while maintaining high-quality client service

Skills:• Strong knowledge of Scottish RTA personal injury protocols• Ability to assess cases strategically for early litigation• Commercial awareness in advising on settlements and litigation risks• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
