Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham

We’re working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor to join its nationally recognised Insurance Disputes team based in Birmingham.

The Opportunity:

• Handle your own caseload of EL/PL claims, including complex Multi-Track matters
• Support on high-value catastrophic injury claims, often arising from industrial accidents
• Work with a varied client base including corporates, insurers and third-party administrators
• Get involved in business development, including client seminars and marketing events

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in defendant personal injury litigation
• Confident in managing a caseload independently and guiding junior team members
• Knowledge of insurer SLAs, reporting formats and management information
• Excellent drafting, communication and advocacy skills
• Experience with healthcare or construction-related injury claims is a plus
