Personal Injury Solicitor/Legal Executive – Exeter or Tiverton

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000+ DOE | Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid working

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking for a role that offers autonomy, high-quality work and direct client contact rather than volume-driven claims? The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, including:

• Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
• Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL)
• Animal Act claims and care home accidents
• Cases often at the top end of the fast-track (c. £20k+) and multi-track litigation
• Opportunities to work on complex, high-value claims (often exceeding £1m)
• Involvement in clinical negligence cases

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ PQE in claimant personal injury
• Strong track record of running own caseloads independently
• Exposure to multi-track litigation and ideally some clinical negligence
• Excellent client-facing skills – must hold a valid driving licence to attend home visits and local meetings
• Proactive mindset, commercially aware and keen to contribute ideas for growth and efficiency
