A renowned practice in Runcorn is expanding its well-regarded Personal Injury unit, with the addition of an ambitious Personal Injury Litigation Executive or Paralegal to augment the team.

Working alongside a highly experienced team of Solicitors & Fee Earners you'll have responsibility for a caseload of intermediate track EL/PL and RTA claims from instruction right through to settlement or trial as necessary. You will ideally have over 2 years' experience dealing with litigated matters and have seen a claim through its full life cycle, be confident litigating autonomously and have a sound understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
