PERSONAL INJURY FEE EARNER - Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment : Job Details

Salary: up to £28,000 plus competitive bonus

Hours: full time, 9am-5pm, hybrid (2 days per week)

An interesting opportunity for a Fee Earner to join a highly regarded boutique law firm in Leeds to specialise in Personal / Psychiatric Injury (salary up to £28,000). You will join a small and supportive team. Duties to include:

• Managing all aspects of caseload
• Assisting clients with new enquiries
• Preparing witness statements
• Drafting Court Proceedings
• Dealing with Multi-track cases
• Vetting new claims

At least 2 years’ PI (Industrial Disease/ Clinical Negligence) experience dealing with your own caseload is essential as well as a genuine enthusiasm for this field of law.
