Personal Injury Claims Handler - MW Appointments : Job Details

Our client who is a Lloyds Underwriting Agency is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join their expanding Motor department in the Essex office. The purpose of the role is to handle a caseload of Personal Injury claims.

Main Duties:

* Management of Claims through the applicable Portals* Negotiation of policyholder and third party claims to settlement including Personal Injury* Communicating with brokers * Instructing and liaising with solicitors and adjusters from agreed panel* Assist with internal and external audit process* Liaising with underwriters on claims issues* Putting service excellence to the internal and external customers

Essential Skills Required:

• Previous experience within a similar claims role
• Experience dealing with Personal Injury Motor claims
• Understanding of RTA and Credit Hire

Desirable:

• Good organisation skills
• Knowledge of MOJ portal

What you need to know:

• Permanent role
• Based in Essex - Hybrid
• Salary between £30,000 - £32,000
