Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Solicitor - Interlink Talent Solutions : Job Details

Our client boasts one of the UK's premier Personal Injury and Medical Negligence departments. The team is divided into three top-tier practices: Serious Injury, Industrial Disease, and Clinical Negligence. They are currently seeking an ambitious Solicitor (SRA or Cilex) to join their London office and work closely with one of the Partners specializing in Clinical Negligence claims.

As a Solicitor, your focus will be on building your own reputation and expertise. You'll begin by assisting senior team members on high-value cases, gradually taking on more responsibility and developing your own caseload.

The firm are looking for an energetic, diligent, and sharp Solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong interest in Business Development is also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage your own files and support partners
• Prepare thorough documentation for case preparation, including drafting schedules
• Liaise with counsel/experts and clients with sensitivity

Key Skills & Experience:

• 1 to 3 years' PQE with Clinical Negligence experience
• Strong background in UK claimant work and rehabilitation
• Demonstrated interest in marketing and career development
• Ability to build relationships with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Enthusiastic team player committed to quality and client care
• Excellent case management skills and strong academic background
• Genuine commitment and empathetic approach to Claimants
