About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a music artist manager. As a very small team working with high-profile clients, this newly created and hands-on role covers diary management, administration, communication, and general day-to-day support — across both professional and personal tasks.
The ideal candidate is a confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, works well independently, and stays one step ahead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain diaries and schedules, including booking and coordinating meetings
Take notes during key calls and meetings, and follow up on action points
Organise and coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics
Provide ad-hoc organisation, admin and practical support with a proactive approach
Run occasional personal errands (e.g. posting items or collecting deliveries)
Communicate with artists, clients, and external partners in a professional, discreet manner
Maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times
Requirements
A self-starter with a can-do attitude, great initiative, and strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional last-minute requests
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Must own a reliable Macbook and have a strong home internet connection
Able to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks, and anticipate needs
Tech-savvy, with confidence using:
Apple Calendar & Google Calendar
Google Hangout, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
Slack (task management tool)
Google Docs, Google Sheets,
Desirable
Based in London or able to travel to London regularly
Previous experience as a PA or in an organisational/admin role
Full driving licence (optional, depending on errands)
An interest in the music or creative industries is a bonus
