As the Personal Assistant to the Senior Financial Planner, you'll play a key role in supporting a high-performing financial planning team, acting as the engine behind seamless operations and exceptional client service.

What You’ll Be Doing: Personal Assistant (PA) to Senior Financial Planner

  • Diary & Schedule Management - Take control of a dynamic calendar, prioritising meetings and ensuring the team’s pipeline remains on track.
  • Client Liaison & Meeting Prep - Be the friendly first point of contact for clients, coordinating appointments and ensuring all materials are ready.
  • Document & Report Preparation - Produce polished client reports and financial documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Inbox & Correspondence - Manage a busy email inbox, delegate tasks through Salesforce, and ensure no message goes unanswered.
  • Research & Admin Support - Assist the paraplanner and admin team in compiling market research and client data.
  • Compliance & Record-Keeping - Ensure all documentation complies with FCA and SJP standards.
  • Team Collaboration - Act as the glue of the team, working closely with colleagues to keep everything running smoothly.
