Based in Egham, this Technology Firm has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join an established Sales Team supporting three Directors with a variety of responsibilities which include:-
- Providing full secretarial support for the Director and Senior Team
- Manage all correspondence
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes
- Booking travel , accommodation
- Assisting with restaurants etc
- Generating and updating and update reports using Microsoft Dynamics
- Formatting of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
The ideal candidate:-
- Must have PA experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel , Word and PowerPoint)
- Must have worked in a busy environment
