This is a wonderful opportunity for a Personal Assistant with strong administrative skills to join a successful local Company and provide support for the Managing Director.

Some of your duties will include:

• Assisting the Managing Director with day to day management of the office function
• Additionally providing executive secretarial and administrative support for Managing Director
• Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and proposals
• Managing MD’s diary, arranging meetings and preparing required paperwork
• Assisting with HR process, co-ordinating recruitment and issuing contracts of employment
• Maintaining payroll records and processing CIS and PAYE monthly payments
