We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant on behalf of our client based in Hertford. They are revolutionising the way aluminium is recycled, through cutting-edge technology and sustainable innovation, they transform end-of-life aluminium into high-value materials, supporting a circular economy and reducing global environmental impact.
What will you be doing:
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimising executive productivity, managing critical communications, and coordinating complex schedules and projects across multiple business verticals.
- Manage the CEO’s complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring optimal time use
- Schedule and confirm high-level internal and external meetings
- Proactively prioritise engagements and minimise scheduling conflicts
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly overviews of key commitments
- Act as a first point of contact, screening emails, calls, and messages
- Represent the CEO at meetings or events when appropriate
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the company and external partners
- Act as a trusted delegate, communicating the CEO’s expectations clearly and professionally
What you will need:
- This is a high-trust role that requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven environment
- You will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant at a Senior level
