Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a background finance or corporate setting. We’re looking for a confident and capable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to a group of Tax Directors, helping to keep their schedules running smoothly and their teams operating efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diary & Inbox Management: You’ll take charge of busy calendars and inboxes, ensuring meetings are well-organised and priorities are managed effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: From internal catch-ups to client-facing appointments, you’ll handle all the logistics and prep work.
- Document & CRM Support: You’ll help prepare key documents, manage client records, and keep systems like Salesforce up to date.
- Client Onboarding: You’ll play a key role in welcoming new clients, managing their information, and supporting follow-ups and fee estimates.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll be a go-to person for the wider support team, stepping in where needed and helping with reception duties on Wednesdays.
- Finance & Admin: You’ll assist with billing, track expenses, and help keep the team on top of deadlines and to-do lists.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Whether it’s arranging travel or supporting a new initiative, you’ll be ready to jump in and help where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience ideally within professional services or finance environment as an EA/PA
- A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce
