Personal Assistant - Duries : Job Details

Duries are a Property Consultancy, providing advice to clients on; Commercial Property, Residential Land and Planning matters.

We advise private landowners, commercial companies, charitable trusts, as well as investors and developers. We are looking for a talented and pro-active Executive PA to join us in the beautiful surroundings of Abbots Leigh, just outside of Bristol City Centre. You will be supporting Bob Durie (FRICS) and James Durie (MRICS) on their property work and personal matters.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be adaptable and flexible but also be comfortable to work across a broad mix of projects and tasks, often fast moving. Alongside excellent administration skills you will need to demonstrate that you have the following experience:

· Compiling VAT returns· Monthly accounts, using Xero · Organising expenses · Invoicing · Administration support, including email/telephone queries, record keeping and diary management
