Role & ResponsibilitiesLead analysis of performance across SEO and SEM channels using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Triprofound
Deliver actionable insights that directly inform marketing strategy and execution
Conduct comparative analysis between past and current agency performance
Identify opportunities to improve channel performance and efficiency
Cut through dashboard noise to uncover root-cause insights and trends
Work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align data and priorities
Support senior leadership in making fast, data-informed decisions
Act as the lead marketing analyst on the ground while the permanent team is being built
Proven expertise in performance marketing analytics, particularly across SEO and SEM
Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Triprofound, and third-party platforms like Atlas
Comfortable working independently and setting direction with limited supervision
Experience managing and evaluating external marketing agencies
Skilled at translating data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations
