Performance Analyst - Reed : Job Details

• Salary: £275 per day

We are seeking a Performance Consultant for a 3-6 month contract to lead and deliver critical aspects of our performance reporting and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance audit and management, with the ability to facilitate executive workshops and define strategic plans for performance reporting.

• Lead on internal audit actions relating to performance reporting, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Plan and facilitate an executive workshop on performance management to align leadership with performance objectives.
• Define the current state (as is) and future plans for performance reporting, creating a roadmap for improvement and strategic development.
• Review current IT options for reporting and analyse other options to enhance performance reporting capabilities.
• Manage the Performance Reporting Manager, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of performance insights.

• Proven experience in performance audit and management.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting workshops for senior executives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to define and articulate current and future reporting plans.
• Knowledge of IT reporting tools and the ability to assess and recommend solutions.
• Experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on performance reporting.
