People Systems Lead
Eastleigh - Hybrid (2 days onsite)

You'll be the Subject Matter Expert for employee data across Group Functions, managing ongoing HR system development and delivering critical business insights. With responsibility for maintaining system accuracy, supporting global processes, and driving continuous improvement, you'll help shape the way we use HR technology to support people strategies and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for HR data across multiple geographies (7 countries).
- Manage SAP OM (Organisational Management) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support annual reward processes (pay review, bonus cycle) by ensuring systems and trackers are accurate and effective.
- Lead the annual systems calendar (HRSPs, UAT, updates) and coordinate across teams.
- Build, define, and deliver non-standard HR reports to meet business needs.
- Provide data insights and support people change projects.
- Act as an escalation point for data queries and system defects, working with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and reporting through collaboration and best practice.
- Lead HR system change projects, from business case through to implementation and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the introduction of new HR technologies, ensuring data integrity and successful deployment.
- Facilitate effective UAT across People Operations, including access, training, and best practice sharing.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience managing and maintaining HR systems, particularly SAP HR.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with a logical and analytical approach.
- Proven track record in project management and delivering HR system change initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects across different geographies.
- Commercially aware, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Problem solver with the initiative to drive ideas and improvements independently.
