Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee lifecycle processes via Workday, including producing documentation such as contracts and letters.
Support background checks and new starter inductions.
Monitor HR inboxes and Jira queue, responding promptly to employee queries.
Coordinate onboarding activities and contribute to delivering a positive new joiner experience.
Administer visa and immigration processes, ensuring compliance and acting as the first point of contact for related queries.
Review and improve internal HR processes and communication strategies.
Work closely with wider People teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience supporting HR processes across joiners, movers, and leavers (JML), ideally using Workday or a similar HRIS.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Clear, confident communication, with the ability to present to new starters.
A proactive and adaptable approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Experience in visa and immigration processes would be highly advantageous.
