Job Title: People Operations CoordinatorLocation: BirminghamContract: 3-month contract with possible extensionHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week, 35 paid hours + 5 hours unpaid lunch)Pay Rate: £14.06 per hour PAYE About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a People Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic People & Culture team within a forward-thinking organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality people services and contribute to shaping a workplace where everyone can thrive. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle through effective administration and first-line support. You will work closely with the wider People & Culture team to ensure all people services are delivered in a timely, professional, and inclusive manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Deliver first-line HR services using established systems and processes
  • Support the implementation of inclusive policies, procedures, and practices
  • Help foster a culture that aligns with organisational values and strategic goals
  • Contribute to a diverse and supportive work environment
