18 Month Fixed Term Contract£24,480 per annum | Full-time | Hybrid Working (Ideally 5 days on-site)Location: BurtonI am thrilled to be partnering with my client in Burton to recruit a People Operations Administrator on a 18-month fixed-term contract. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking People Team that is right at the heart of the business.

You'll be working alongside a knowledgeable People Operations Manager and a supportive group of HR admin professionals, all while playing a key role in delivering a first-class employee experience across the full lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and accurate HR administrative support across onboarding, leavers and contractual changes
• Manage high-volume inbox queries, categorising and escalating where necessary
• Support large-scale projects, including letter production and system updates
• Coordinate communications around consultations, meetings and HR processes
• Perform data entry and mail merges, using internal HRIS

What We're Looking For:

• Previous administrative experience (HR admin a bonus, but not essential)
• Able to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally
• Highly organised with excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of admin
• Strong IT literacy and adaptable to new systems
