The TeamThe People Experience Advisors form part of the broader People Experience team within the People & Culture Department.  The People Experience Senior Advisor reports directly to the People Experience Lead and will work closely alongside the People & Culture Business Partner team, to understand priorities, demand, and opportunities to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with wider People Experience Team to ensure alignment and joined up delivery of service.
  • Facilitate in the delivery of internal training programs / presentations within P&C and to the wider business.
  • Have a continuous improvement mind-set and put forward ideas for new and better ways of working and supporting our clients.
  • Will be able to lead and manage more complex ER cases and appeals.
  • Take the lead on talent and salary review discussions with client groups.
  • As required will play an integral role on projects that support the wider P&C strategic priorities.
  • Ensuring transactional processes are performed, in conjunction with the People Experience Assistants and P&C Systems (e.g., WorkDay, and Service Now), in a timely and effective manner, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Liaise with the Global Mobility team, on international moves, hires and secondments, work permits, visas and out of jurisdiction working, where guidance is required from immigration and/or tax experts.  

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven Experience in handling and managing more complex Employee Relations cases (including appeals)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, persuade, challenge, and influence effectively and become a trusted advisor.
  • Ideally experienced in a Professional Services environment, but not essential.
  • Ideally CIPD professional qualification, but not essential
