Interim People and Culture HR Business Partner for Change Management
  • Annual Salary: £55,689 
  • Hourly Rate: £28.48
  • Location: Gorleston
  • Job Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Our client is seeking a People and Culture HR Business Partner for Change Management. This influential role is crucial in developing and leading the workforce agenda, ensuring it aligns with their People Plan while addressing local workforce priorities. You will be fully embedded within services, working collaboratively to provide expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational change, and system-wide transformation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with divisional directors/heads of service and their senior management teams to identify workforce issues and develop business-focused HR interventions using data and evidence-based practice.
  • Support the delivery of People and Culture priorities and initiatives and contribute to the development of the overall People Plan and Workforce Policies.
  • Champion, drive, and embed the workforce agenda to align with the client's strategy, divisional objectives, and business planning processes.
  • Provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimise risk and financial exposure.
  • Lead specific projects and work to support the delivery of the workforce and organisational development strategy, both within the service area and across the Trust as appropriate.
  • Represent staff in system-wide transformation projects and positively influence the direction of travel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD) Level 7

  • Significant generalist HR experience in a large, complex and unionised organisation.

  • Experience of policy consultation, development & implementation.

  • Experience of designing, supporting and implementing HR interventions at a strategic level.

  • Experience of planning and implementation of transformational workforce projects, including complex organisational changes ensuring compliance with good employment practices and the Trust’s organisation change policy.

  • Experience of developing plans to improve and sustain improvements in Workforce Key Performance Indicators in areas such as wellbeing, retention, vacancies and ensuring best practice approach in alignment with workforce policies and employment law.

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, particularly in change management and organisational development within a healthcare setting.
