Harnham is partnering with a leading entertainment business that is currently looking for a People Analyst on a 3 month project.

As a People Analyst you'll be driving and supporting the development of the brands culture, production and analysis of people metrics!

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a People Analyst you will be:

• Work closely with leadership to maintain effective reporting on various People and HR metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysing and reporting
• Support the Reward team with reporting, analytics, modelling and statutory Gender Pay Gap reporting
• Monitor and report on key People and Reward metrics

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful People Analyst will have the following:

• Strong in excel
• Experience working in People and HR analytics
• Strong communication skills
• Power BI experience beneficial

THE BENEFITSOnce placed you can expect to receive:

• £275-£300 per day
• Inside IR35 status
• 3 month contract
• Hybrid working arrangement from their Manchester office, 2 days per week in the office
