Description
- Provide advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the recruitment process, including reviewing applications and coordinating interviews.
- Deliver training sessions and inductions for new employees as required.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance and development needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
Profile
A successful People Advisor should have:
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the Consumer Goods industry.
- A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
