Join our dynamic Benefits team as a Pensions and Benefits Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of managing our sensational benefits and pension plans. With an online flexible benefits platform covering 2500 employees, this role is pivotal in driving strategic projects and enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic projects, including designing and delivering benefits improvements
• Provide exceptional support to employees regarding pensions and benefits
• Act as the primary contact for employees, benefit providers, and stakeholders
• Ensure seamless operation of benefits through the benefits platform, resolving issues promptly
• Contribute to renewing benefit contracts, including UK private medical schemes and electric car leasing
• Assist with overseas assignments and help develop health and wellness programs in the UK

Requirements:

• Experience administering UK pensions and benefits in-house
• Preferably, wider HR, Reward, or Payroll experience
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large volumes of data
• Excellent communication skils
