This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and already well established business, that is not only one of the most successful within the sector in which it operates, but has also become a household name across the country.The position holder in this role will be a fundamental key player in the wider team, providing helpful benefit information through accurate calculations which adhere to agreed service terms.Your Role & Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Resolving member queries regarding pensions
  • Communicating benefit entitlements to members
  • Calculating pension benefits and processing these based on the members' entitlements
  • Providing hands-on support with incoming and outgoing post processes
  • Contributing to the delivery of major pension scheme events
  • Seeking ways to improve the service provided, giving suggestions and proposing resolutions to ongoing problems
  • Developing key working relationships across the business and providing support to various internal teams as required
What you will need to Apply:For this position, the company searching for applicants with a good pensions background including either DB or DC pension schemes and a good understanding of Career Average schemes in the public sector. Applicants should also either already possess a pensions qualification (which would be highly desirable) or be willing to work towards one, with the support of the company. Excellent data skills and analytical abilities will be key to success within this role, alongside fantastic communication skills.
